Terms of Service

By using faceswap you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@faceswap.usama.cc if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not use faceswap to create or distribute content depicting real people without their consent, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive political deepfakes, or anything that violates applicable law. Doing so will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

You retain ownership of the videos you generate. You grant faceswap a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not train models on your uploads.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Unused credits carry over to the next month, then expire. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Failed generations are refunded automatically.

faceswap is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Output quality depends on inputs and the underlying AI model and may vary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
