Privacy Policy

Account info you give us (email, name, profile photo if you sign in with Google). Content you upload (face photos, source videos). Usage data (when you generate, which quality, success or failure). Payment info is handled by our payments provider — we never see your card number.

To run the service, generate your swaps, bill you, and let you sign in. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your uploads.

Your uploads and generated videos are stored on a CDN-backed object storage provider. Account data is stored in our database on a server in Falkenstein, Germany.

We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service: a CDN + object storage provider, a payments provider, our AI generation partner, and an email provider for transactional email. We do not share with advertisers.

Uploads are kept while your account is active. Generated videos remain available unless you delete them. Deleting your account removes all your content within 30 days.

You can export or delete your data at any time. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — email hello@faceswap.usama.cc to exercise them.

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
